FINDING YOUR WAY TO WEDGEWOOD INN

We are just east of Jackson. An easy 2 to 3 hour drive from the Bay Area. Only 1 to 1½ hours from Sacramento. 2½ hours from Reno/Sparks area. 3 hours from Yosemite National Park. If like you geo-caching, our coordinates are: 38.38414°N, 120.66866°W.

Just an easy 10 minute drive from downtown Jackson. Take HWY 88 east from Jackson 6 1/2 miles to the 2,000 foot elevation and Irishtown Road/Clinton Road exit; do NOT turn on West Clinton. Make sweeping right turn onto Clinton Road. Go 3/4 mile down Clinton to Narcissus Road. Left on Narcissus Road 1/4 mile to The Wedgewood Inn driveway on your left. Through the automatic white, picket gate and up the hill to Inn. (That's The WHITE gate "on your left")

A WORD OF CAUTION

Do NOT turn on West Clinton. West Clinton is a road that runs off of Highway 88 that travelers may pass about a mile before reaching the Irishtown Road/Clinton Road exit.

If you go to Yahoo Maps or Google Maps or AAA.com maps or MapQuest, you'll get a printable map BUT IT WILL BE WRONG. They show Narcissus Road in the wrong place. Where those four maps show "Dawn Ridge Road" change it to "Narcissus Road".
